FAQ

What is the lead time for delivery of products ordered online from Hyper Paint?

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 12:00 hours.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 3 working days plus freight transit time (If the manufacturer has the products in stock). This will allow for delivery to our warehouse.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, Hyper Paint (Pty) Ltd will contact you via email or contact number and provide a revised shipping schedule.

What is your Refund/Returns policy?

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 10 calendar days.

* Note: Hyper Paint (PTY) Ltd will not refund or exchange on any paint that has been mixed to a customer’s specification no matter what the quantity of the purchased paint will be. Hyper Paint (PTY) Ltd will not exchange or refund on any electrical products whatsoever.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

You will be contacted via email to confirm that your order is being processed.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Hyper Paint (Pty) Ltd ONLY delivers within a 70Kilometer radius of the Johannesburg CBD area including Pretoria, Vereeniging and Heidelberg and provides a free delivery services for any orders above R3000.00 VAT incl.

For any purchases less than above mentioned sales price it will result in an R200.00 delivery charge payable when the order is placed.
