Definitely! If you’d prefer to collect, just select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection at your chosen Hyper Paint branch.
Yes, we do. If access is limited, like in complexes or high-rise buildings, your order may be left at security, reception, or the main gate, unless other arrangements are made. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
If no one is available to receive your delivery, our driver or courier partner will contact you to reschedule. To avoid delays, make sure your contact number is correct and someone is available during business hours.
Same-day delivery may be possible within parts of Johannesburg, depending on stock availability, your location, and the time you place your order. Give your nearest branch a call and we’ll do our best to assist.
Our standard delivery times are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We don’t typically deliver on weekends or public holidays, but you’re welcome to contact us if you have a special request.
